The Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC) hereby invites sealed bids from suitable Quali?ed eligible candidates Prospective tenderers may obtain detailed information and inspect the tender documents from Procurement Of?ce at the Anniversary Towers, University Way, 5th Floor Room 508B during normal working hours, Monday to Friday 08.00 - 13.00 hours and 14.00 – 17.00 hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.5, 000/= for each payable in cash at cash of?ce on 5th Floor or by Banker’s cheque payable to Commission Secretary, Interim Independent Electoral Commission.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at Anniversary Towers 6th Floor or be addressed to:-

So as to be received on or before the date indicated against each tender in the above table. Prices quoted should be in Kenya Shillings and should include all the cost of delivery and taxes.
Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender. Prices quoted by foreign ?rms should be CIF (Anniversary Towers)
Tenders must be accompanied by security bond equivalent to 2% of the total tender sum in the form of either banker’s cheque, bank guarantee or a guarantee from a reputable insurance company.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderer’s candidates or their representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony in the Boardroom on 6th Floor of Anniversary Towers. Late submission of bids will not be accepted whatsoever.
The commission reserves the rights to accept or reject any tender in part or in whole and does not bind itself to give reasons for its decision.
