A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees as indicated in the table above, in cash or banker’s cheque payable to the Chief Electoral Officer, Interim Independent Electoral Commission, or at the cash office located on 5nd Floor, Anniversary Towers

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and must be deposited in the Tender Box located 6th floor Anniversary Towers or be addressed to:

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price from a reputable Financial Institution or Bankers Cheque payable to the Chief Electoral Officer and must be valid for 120 days after bid submission deadline. Late bids will be rejected.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and must remain valid for 120 days.
