The Interim Independent Electoral Commission invites applications for the supply and delivery of the non-strategic materials above.

Registration tender documents, containing detailed terms and conditions of tendering, may be obtained from the Procurement Manager, Anniversary Towers, 508 C during working hours, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000 per category payable to the cashier on 5th Floor, Anniversary Towers either in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to the Chief Electoral Officer.

Completed Registration documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender and Category Nos.and addressed to:

Should be deposited in the tender box situated on the 6th Floor, Anniversary Towers University way so as to be received on or before: Friday 30th April, 2010 at 10.00 A.M

Applications will be opened immediately thereafter, at the boardroom on 6th floor, Anniversary Towers in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who may wish to attend.

The commission reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or part without giving reasons whatsoever
