Prospective tenderers may obtain detailed information and inspect the tender documents at the office of The Procurement Manager at Anniversary Towers 5th Floor, Room 508 B during normal working hours. Monday to Friday 08.00hours -13.00hours and 14.00- 17.00hours
A complete set of tender document may be obtained by interested bidder upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs 5,000/- payable in cash at the cash office on 5th floor or banker’s cheque payable to the Chief Electoral Officer, Interim Independent Electoral Commission.

Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at Anniversary Towers 6th Floor or be addressed to:-

So as to be received on or before Monday, 15th March 2010 at 10.00 HOURS

Prices quoted should include all the cost of delivery and taxes to the IIEC (Warehouse, Likoni,Industrial Area). Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Tender must be accompanied by security bond equivalent to 2% of the total tender sum in the form of bankers, cheque, bank guarantee or a guarantee from reputable insurance company.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives or candidates who chooses to attend the opening ceremony in the boardroom on 6th floor of anniversary towers.
The commission reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or whole and does not bind itself to give for its decision.
