Mr. James Humphrey Obanda Oswago is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has LLB (NBI), BA (INDIANA), MBA (MOI) , is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and Advocate of the high court and Institute of Directors.
The Chief Elections Officer, is ex official member and secretary to the Commission, and is the primary delegate of the Commission in respect to its constitutional and legal mandate, he is the head of the Secretariat and is the Chief Executive and the Accounting officer for the Commission.
