The Directorate of Human Resources and Administration is responsible for the management of human and administrative capital at the Commission. It manages the development of a culture of work performance ethics at the Commission. It also oversees progressive staff welfare policies and strategies and ensure establishment of professional, competent and motivated workforce.
In line with the Commission’s strategy, the Directorate also manages the development and implementation of best practices in human resources and administration strategies, policies and procedures.
The Directorate undertakes periodic reporting and monitoring of performance indicators relating to HR and Administration.
The Directorate oversees the development of efficient and effective administrative and office services including fleet management as well as ensuring safe custody of the Commission’s equipment and facilities.
The Directorate has three departments: Human Resources, Administration and Transport departments.
